يَا مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوبِ ثَبِّتْ قَلْبِي عَلَى دِينِكَ
“O Changer of the hearts, make my heart firm upon Your religion.”

I asked, ‘O Messenger of Allah, why do you supplicate this so often?’ He said: ‘O Umm Salamah! There is no human being except that his heart is between the two fingers of Allah. Whomever He wills, He makes steadfast; whomever He wills, He causes to deviate.”
